We are a fast growing juvenile furnishings design and manufacturing company based outside of Los Angeles. We design all of our furniture in-house and build our products at manufacturing facilities in the U.S. and around the world. Our company was founded in 1990 by our CEO a Harvard alumnus, entrepreneur, and angel investor. The company has 5 brands: Million Dollar Baby Classic (www.milliondollarbaby.com) a traditional children's brand that is now sold directly online and through retailers nationwide; DaVinci Baby (www.davincibaby.com) the third most recognized name in juvenile furnishings after Pottery Barn and Graco; Babyletto (www.babyletto.com) an affordable luxury, modern children's brand with multiple product categories; Franklin & Ben (www.franklinandben.com) our vintage-made-modern lifestyle brand; Nursery Works (www.nurseryworks.net) the most luxurious children's brand in the industry, loved by celebrities and interior designers worldwide. MDB also handles US distribution and manufacturing for Ubabub, an Australian-designed modern nursery brand. Additionally, our latest venture, Capsule (www.capsulehome.com) is a high-design, direct-to-consumer, home furnishings start-up. We are looking to continue to grow all our brands and need great people to help us.

We are looking for a Management Trainee that can thrive in a constantly changing environment which involves uncommon commitment and occasional hardship, as well as unique rewards and opportunities. A decision to become a Management Trainee should be based on extraordinary motivation and strong dedication to continuous learning and development. This is a 2 year commitment rotating in various teams throughout the organization.

You'll have the opportunity to get to know the various departments, work in cross-functional teams, develop detailed specialist knowledge and a wide network, in addition to independent projects.
Qualifications:
To be considered for the Management Trainee position, you must have a Bachelor's degree (graduating within 12 months or graduated less than 12 months ago) along with the following requirements:
Excellent presentation and communication skills
The ability to manage relationships and diversity
Planning and organizational skills
Customer-oriented focus
Analytical skills combined with a strong drive for results
