Job Description:
The assembly lead and supervisor will assemble prefab housing components in the factory and lead other assemblers to complete housing projects.
The lead will have an opportunity to become a supervisor to a team of assemblers as the business grows.
They will be responsible to meet deadlines, report progress, and complete housing projects.
They will start working to assemble the products themselves and as the business grows will get a team of assemblers under them.
The operations lead will lead prefab housing projects in the factory.
They will have a team of operators who they will work with to assemble Tiny Houses in the factory including plumbing and electrical.
Essential Functions:
Assemble homes using installation instructions and components in a factory manufacturing environment Lead other assemblers Ensure that houses are built in a timely manner within specifications Work with subcontractors such as electricians and plumbers Requirements:
Qualifications/
Experience:
Contractor journeymen experience Prefab housing manufacturing experience Work with subcontractors such as electricians and plumbers
