We are seeking a dedicated Lead Dispatcher & Customer Service Representative to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a background in logistics and transportation management, with experience and knowledge in computers and customer service.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate transportation routes for efficient delivery operations.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Utilize GPS and computer systems to track shipments and optimize routes.
Work with computers to manage transportation operations.
Collaborate with various teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Handle customer orders and maintain accurate records in the system.
Assist in troubleshooting transportation-related problems.
Experience:
Previous experience in customer service, logistics, or transportation management is preferred.
Skilled with computers and systems such as Excel, OnFleet, Blaze, SpringBig, Slack.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
